Electric Forklift 2-Year Warranty Coverage:
1. Controller:
If the forklift fails to respond or operate normally, or if there are issues with completing instructions, we offer free replacement for non-human damage. Video technical support for replacement is available.
2. Axle:
Free replacement of the forklift axle is provided if it is broken, provided that there are no human-related causes such as illegal operation, overloading, collision, etc. Videos and pictures of the damage are required to determine the cause.
3. Forklift Mast:
If the mast is broken or deformed, resulting in malfunction, warranty or replacement will not be provided if it is determined to be caused by human factors such as illegal operation, overloading, collision with irregular lifting objects, driver misoperation, or collisions in height-restricted areas. However, if the damage is not caused by human factors, free replacement is available. We also provide technical support videos for replacement.
4. Battery Warranty:
The battery warranty period is 2 years.
Free replacement of the battery is offered if it fails to operate, cannot be discharged, experiences a significant reduction in usage time, or shows obvious leakage at the battery connection. A video demonstrating battery replacement techniques will be provided.
Battery replacement requires comprehensive assessment.
Our technicians will diagnose the battery fault through technical troubleshooting. If it is a routine fault, free maintenance parts will be provided to ensure the battery functions properly. If it is not a routine fault, cooperation with us is required for the replacement process, including providing forklift usage information, environmental conditions, usage habits, charging habits, and whether the battery compartment is frequently opened.
Regulations for Free Replacement Parts During Warranty Period:
a. We provide spare parts free of charge.
b. We cover the freight cost from China to the customer.
c. The faulty parts must be shipped back to China, and the customer bears the freight cost for return shipping.
